INSURANCE COVERAGE
Many of our services are insurance reimbursable. However, all services at WHC are not covered by all insurance plans; these days, coverage varies from plan to plan. You are responsible for making sure our office has the necessary information to file your insurance claims. The unpaid balance on your account will become your personal responsibility to pay in a timely fashion.
We accept and process most insurance plans and accept personal payment via cash, check and credit card.

APPOINTMENTS
Appointments can be made by calling 920/459-9277 from 9 AM until 5 PM Monday through Friday. Normally we can accommodate you within a few days of your phone call. At the initial office visit, we will obtain the essential information from you to begin your medical file. Please bring insurance information with you. We try to honor your appointment time and normally run very close to schedule. Your promptness assures that your schedule will be kept. If you cannot keep your appointment, a 24-hour notice is expected. This courtesy on your part allows us to give your appointment time to another client. We do charge a fee for missed appointments or for late cancellations (less than 24 hours).

DOCTOR REFERRALS
Many of our clients come on referral from their doctors, psychiatrists, dentists, ministers, school counselors, teachers, and friends. A referral is not necessary, however. You may simply call and ask for an appointment with the therapist of your choice. If you don't know which therapist to request, we will assist you in finding the right therapist for you special needs or concerns. We will ask questions regarding your needs when you make the first phone call to assure that we refer you to the right person. |

with the receptionists, however, to see if alternative arrangements are
possible or if schedules have changed.
