Where is WHC located?
WHC is easy to find. If you live in Sheboygan, just drive south through Sheboygan on Business Highway 42 which will become Highway OK, on the far south side. Continue driving into the Town of Wilson to our address 5934 South Business Drive. We are located on the west side of the road, directly across from Wilson Town Hall. If you live outside Sheboygan, take I-43 to Exit 120 (Highway V & OK). Pass the lumber company and follow Highway OK north to the WHC. We are less than 1 minute off I-43.

Do I need a doctor's referral?
Many of our clients come on referral from their doctors, psychiatrists, dentists, ministers, school counselors, teachers, and friends. A referral is not necessary, however. You may simply call and ask for an appointment with the therapist of your choice. If you don't know which therapist to request, we will assist you in finding the right therapist for you special needs or concerns. We will ask questions regarding your needs when you make the first phone call to assure that we refer you to the right person.

| When are the various staff members available for appointments at the WHC?
Each staff has his/her own schedule at the WHC. Please check with the receptionists, however, to see if alternative arrangements are possible or if schedules have changed. |
| How do I schedule an appointment?
Appointments can be made by calling 920/ 459-9277 from 9 AM until 5:30 PM Monday through Friday. Normally we can accommodate you within a few days of your phone call. At the initial office visit, we will obtain the essential information from you to begin your medical file. Please bring insurance information with you. We try to honor your appointment time and normally run very close to schedule. Your promptness assures that your schedule will be kept. If you cannot keep your appointment, a 24-hour notice is expected. This courtesy on your part allows us to give your appointment time to another client.

| Do you accept insurance?
Yes. Many of our services are insurance reimbursable. However, all services at WHC are not covered by all insurance plans; these days, coverage varies from plan to plan. You are responsible for making sure our office has the necessary information to file your insurance claims. The unpaid balance on your account will become your personal responsibility to pay in a timely fashion.

| What are your fees?
Mental Health fees are usual and customary for this area and will be discussed with you when you make an appointment. Insurance benefits apply. We file your insurance for you.
Body Work fees are as follow:
Acupuncture: $45 per treatment.
Traditional Chinese Herbal Consultation: $45 per hour.
Massages: $50 per hour. $30 per ½ hour. $70 per 1½ hours. 10% discount on 10 massages. 5% discount on 5 massages.
Myotherapy: $50 per hour.
Reflexology: $35 per ½ hour.
Reiki: $60 per hour.
